Webshop products are sold by TimerGPS Europe Oy Plc (business ID: FI2321607-4). We sell products to adult residents. We retain the right to make changes to prices and postage charges. Uncollected deliveries are not treated as a returned delivery; otherwise all products have a 14-day right of return. Any abuse of the order system will be reported to the authorities.
Value added tax
All prices for orders from the Webshop delivered to private include Finnish value added tax (24 %).
Ordering
The products are ordered via the Internet at www.timergps.com using the shopping basket. A confirmation email is sent for all orders, which includes the price of the order, delivery expenses and the products ordered. Receiving an order confirmation requires including an email address in the order. The customer commits to the current terms of delivery with each order.

Payment methods
The products and their postal charges are paid for when the order is placed. For the webshop payments TimerGPS Europe Oy will use payment services provided Klarna Banck AB. Detail information is located www.klarna.com
Delivery
We deliver products on weekdays. Normal delivery time is 3–14 days, depending on the country of delivery.
Should we discover we are unable to deliver on time after we have received the order, we will immediately inform the customer, and if they do not approve of the new delivery time, they have the right to cancel the purchase. However, the seller is not liable for any expenses or harm caused by the cancellation and only the price of the product will be refunded.
Delivery charges
Delivery
charges include postage and packaging costs. You can view the delivery
charges after you have chosen the payment and delivery methods in the
shopping basket. We deliver the orders as a parcel that can be monitored
using a tracking number.
Mistakes in transportation
If the product disappears or is damaged during transport or the customer receives the wrong product, the customer should notify info@timergps.com.
Notifications about mistaken deliveries or faulty products must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the parcel has been damaged during delivery, a claim must be made immediately to the post office.
Conditions of exchanges and returns
According
to Finnish consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to
exchange or return products within 14 days. The right of return only
applies to unused and saleable products still in their original
packaging.
Attach the following information to the returned product:
- your customer number, name, address and phone number
- your bank account number
- a copy of the order confirmation.
