Product warranty

Check if your device is still under warranty.

If your device’s receipt is no longer stored, you can check the device’s serial number to see if the warranty is still valid. The warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase.

How to read the serial number:

A) Device version
B) Manufacturing year
C) Week or month of manufacturing (week 6 in this example), after the year 2022 this was changed to represent the month
D) Random serial number
